At Mercado Alley UK, many of our items are carefully handcrafted. Each piece is created with attention to detail, making every product unique.

Products that are handmade will be clearly indicated within the product description on the listing. Customers are encouraged to review the description carefully before placing an order.

While we aim to dispatch orders within the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy, please note that handmade items may occasionally require additional preparation time. This may occur if the item is temporarily out of stock and needs to be made to order.

In the event that your order requires additional time to be completed, we will notify you as a matter of priority with an updated timeframe before dispatch. We will always aim to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products.

For customers selecting collection, you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup. Collection is only available once confirmation has been provided.

By placing an order for a handmade product, you acknowledge and accept that processing times may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of the item.
